Changes and Cancellation Policy by Clients
Excursion: Reef Diving, Cenote Diving & Snorkelling:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel in order to receive a refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without enduring a cost.
Rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will endure a cost of $500 pesos per person, per excursion.
Changes are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Courses: All PADI & TDI courses:
Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the course start date.
If cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, a 1,500 MXN refund will be issued.
Peak Periods:
During busy periods (15th December – 15th January), the cancellation notice period is extended to 7 days prior to the activity start date.
Medical Cancellations:
If a medical condition prevents participation, a doctor’s medical certificate is required.
We will do our best to reschedule. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided upon receipt of valid documentation.
Changes and Cancellations Policy by Company
All activities offered are weather dependent. In instances where we cannot provide the reserved tour, Infinity2 Diving will do their utmost to offer an alternative option.
If clients refuse the alternative option, we will deduct any administrative costs incurred from the deposit (500 pesos per person).
Infinity2Diving reserves the right to cancel the tour in any circumstances.
Alternations to Tours/Schedules by Infinity2Diving
Infinity2Diving will make every effort to adhere to dive schedules and itineraries.
Infinity2Diving reserves the right to alter schedules if it is in the clients interest or when forced to do so due to prevailing weather conditions.
Infinity2Diving is not responsible to pay any compensation to clients if a tour is cancelled due to war, riot, strike, disputes, terrorist activity, disaster, fire, traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond Infinity2Diving control.
Liability & Insurance
Diving and related activities involve inherent risks. All clients participate at their own risk.
Clients are required to have valid travel and dive insurance, covering medical treatment, evacuation, third-party liability, and equipment loss or damage.
Infinity2Diving is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury caused by events beyond its control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, weather conditions, accidents, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the activity, except where local law states otherwise.
General Policies
Any decisions made by an employee of Infinity2Diving will be final on any matters relating to safety of the group.
Infinity2Diving will not be responsible for any client that commits any illegal act. This may result in the client being excluded from the tour without refund.
If Infinity2Diving declares a client unfit or unsuitable for a tour or course the booking will be declined. If any clients are found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol prior or during any excursion, the tour will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
Upon Arrival
All clients booking diving excursions with Infinity2Diving must show proof of certification prior to the tour starting or they will be unable to dive, and all deposits will be forfeited.
Clients must acknowledge they are physically fit to participate in Scuba Diving and related activities.
Clients who have a pre-existing medical condition must produce a signed letter from a Doctor stating they are “medically fit to undertake Scuba Diving activities”.
Full payment will be required on arrival at the shop before any course or tour commences.

Infinity2Diving is registered as Tradewinds Aplicada S.A. de C.V. and follows the rules and regulations imposed on the company operating in Mexico.
