Take a look at one of the most unique environments! In Casa Cenote Discover a unique ecosystem in perfect balance, learn about the fascinating flora and fauna you can see underwater and on the surface, and experience a “halocline”, a unique natural combination of fresh and saltwater. Fall in love with nature! Let the magic of the place transport you to paradise while floating in the tranquil and clear waters.

How is snorkeling different from scuba diving?
The primary difference between snorkeling and scuba diving is that snorkeling only allows you to swim at the water’s surface, while scuba diving lets you descend deeper into the sea. Snorkelers only see views from the surface of the water.

What is the point of snorkeling?
Snorkeling allows people to glimpse the underwater world. Largely unexplored, the ocean, especially around the coastal areas, is full of life. The abundance and variety of color and creatures are simply staggering. Snorkeling allows people to witness the wildlife, in its natural habitat, much like going on safari does.

Can you snorkel off the beach in Tulum?
The clear waters of Soliman Bay are a reputed spot for snorkeling in Tulum. The water is usually calm and the corals are not too far from the beach in shallow waters

Is Tulum Mexico worth visiting?
Hell yes! It’s cheaper than Cancun, and it’s quieter and more laid back than Cozumel. It’s a great place to base yourself on the cenotes and the ruins, and there’s always something going on at the beach or in one of the cool bars.
